Sharp, who was born in Rochester, New York in 1962, took classes in clarinets, cellos, and pianos at Hochstein School of Music. The Boston Conservatory offered her grants for her theatre classes at her school. Cum Laude awarded Sharp a B.F.A. Sharp focused her energy on the stage. Sharp performed on the Broadway National Tour of Carousel. She made her debut Off Broadway as Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind. And she played eight roles in the comedic interactive Eat the Runt. Sharp's theatrical performances include Abyssinia and Aida. Sharp, who has worked on screen as well as the stage, is currently working on a number of new projects of her own. She sings as often as she can, and is currently working on a full-length album that is in development. Sharp she is frequently in front or behind camera as well as in the studio for music, also loves staying in shape. Sharp studies Krav Maga and boxing. Sharp likes to play piano, walk and go on a lengthy road trips. Sharp lives with her husband and children and lives in Los Angeles.
