Angela Sun is a journalist sportscaster, documentary filmmaker and television host. Angela Sun, a journalist and sportscaster who has been awarded accolades for her work in Santa Clara County California was born October 19, 1979. She has a bachelor's degree in Communications and Sociology from the University of California. Sun had exceptional surfing skills and took part in a variety of professional-am events that lead to her getting sponsorships from large brands like Roxy Reef Billabong Vans etc. The recognition she received through these events was like rocket fuel that helped her get into the industry of entertainment. Sun, in the future, went on to become an actress sportscaster as well as a film director. Sun has worked for many news channels mainly as an anchor. In 2003 she worked as an anchor on Fox Sports Net. Sun also hosted American Ninja Warrior alongside Matt Iseman as well as Jonny Moseley in 2012. Sun hosted The Yahoo Sports Minute in the year 2014. Sun is among the first Asian American celebrity to appear at ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun has appeared in a variety of movies, and her skills as an actor have been acknowledged and appreciated. Sun has acted in movies such as Goliath 2016. (Hit the Floor from 2014 to 2016), A Perfect Getaway (2009), Street Kings (2008), Glowsticks and Drumsticks 2004, and Shackled. Sun was the one who penned and produced her documentary Platic Paradise The Great Pacific Garbage Patch about marine plastic pollution and the impacts on the planet in 2014, has released the full-length feature film.
