Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. She was just 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor Model, model, and a sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old, she won her pro card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is one of the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel had a six-year break from the stage after earning Pro-Card to finish her college studies. In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up the point where she had left competing in top competitions such as The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her win in her first contest in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. At the close of 2009, she was awarded four additional fitness titles. Additionally, her year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age to ever be a part of history. Ariel was on a break for a while when she earned her Professional card to get her college diploma. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang at Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the show, she finished in third place. In the summer of 2016, she won the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three month later and returned with a 6th place, for the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she had no expectation. The athlete was satisfied with her placement. This is not a surprise since she did so well given the level of competition. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing improvements to her physique each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. It consists of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs with a single arm using a pull-up machine, and sitting rows. Her usual routine is to warm up and then proceeds on to the working sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings to all her exercises in the back. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
